My messenger was working perfectly until I installed the
latest update. A funny icon/file appeard on my desktop.
It would not open, the web search could not find any
programme to open it, I deleted it. Thereafter my
messenger would not transmit sound to mt contacts. The
camera picture is also not good. I appear to have lost
the option of deleting contacts and of changing my camera
options. I have tried all your suggestions from my
previos "post" you replied on 13/5/03. I need this fixed
as we have a 90 year old who uses this feature to "talk"
with her relations far away, We do not want to disappoint
her. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP. I am not expert in this. We use
Windows XP home and are connected by cable modem, which
is not behind a firewall. Susan.
