Thank you, but I had already found this, and it does not
provide the hotfix. After 4 emails to MS trying to get
this hotfix, they send me back this link too. I am stuck
in an endless loop with them as well. Explains alot, I
guess.

Mark;
My understanding has been with that type of hotfix is that you need to
call, not Email, to get the fix.
There should not be a charge for the fix as stated in the message.

Otherwise try a Repair Installation:
