When a member of the administrators group attempts to login, everything
works find, but when non-admin. users try to login, a error message appears
saying
"%REMOVE_NODIR_ERROR%"
and the GUI does not load (the user is just left with their background).
Ctrl+alt+del is the only thing that works! (and the mouse).
I'm using XP pro.

Does anyone know how i can fix this?

What to the event logs say? Also, are there any login scripts running or
roaming profiles loading?

There's no login scripts or roming profiles.
The event log doesn't have anything about that in it.

The error "%REMOVE_NODIR_ERROR%" doesn't appear anymore... it only appeaers
on the users 1st attempt to login.
