View Full Version : Web Page as Attachment

I want to send a web page as an attachment.

On my old PC I am running WIN 2000 Pro, Outlook 2000 SR-1
and IE 6.0. When I am in IE and use the file/send/page
option, the page ends up as an attachment to my e-mail,
exactly what I want.

On my new PC I am running WIN XP PRO, MS Outlook 2002 and
IE 6.0. When I am in IE and use the file/send/page
option, the page shows up in the body of the e-mail.
Using the file/send/link option results in a link, not
the page, being sent as an attachment and Outlook
routinely blocks this type of attachment from the
recipient.

What do I need to do on my new PC to get it to work the
same as my old one?

Thanks in advance

Save the page as an *.MHT file, and drop it on the message.
