I'm running windows XP Pro with services pack one, my
windows messenger version is 4.7(4.2.2009), my webcam is
Logitech quickcam pro 3000 with the lastest driver
installed. I'm using broadband cable connection, and I
don't have a network router. I disabled my windows xp
firewall, and I disabled my Norton personal firewall as
well.
My problem is when I try to have a video and voice
conversation with my friends, I can see them and hear
them perfectly fine, but they can not see me and hear me
at all. I disabled all my firewall programs and I passed
the Audio/Video Tuning wizard without any problems at
all. I tried my webcam on another computer and it worked
just fine. So I just don't know what is wrong.
After I got kicked around by Microsoft Technical support
and MSN support for weeks, I still can't get the problem
solved, I'm frustrated. So any of you professionals and
clever people are out there can help me with this, I will
be very appreciated your time and your help!
