recovery disk

I am not able to create a recovery disk as I do not have
the backup utility wizard installed under system tools.
How can I obtain this utility so I can install it.

On the XP setup CD, right click the file
Drive:\VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP\NTBACKUP.MSI, and click "Install" to install the
backup utility. It will be available from a right click of the Drive icon in
Explorer, then Properties, Tools Tab.
