Unable to sign to msn

I purchased my computer about a month ago it came win pre
installed software. I was told that it came with MSN free
for a year and now I can not sign on to MSN. I have e-
mail set up on Msn for my E-Bay account and I can't check
it. I've called Msn Tech support and customer service
they could not or would not help me because I have a free
account. Can you help me?
