Video/Voice via Messenger was working perfectly. The only thing I've
changed is my ADSL modem to a Zoom X4.
I know the Zoom defaults to a 'NAPT' firewall and I am guessing that this
has something to do with the problem.
I thought that the obvious experiment to try was to disable the firewall
completely, but when I do that, I cannot access the internet at all.
All advice welcome.
