troubleshooting

I am having trouble with the sound on my computer. it is
not as loud as it used to be. MY downloaded music will
not work at all on my sterio speakers, if anyone can help
it would be greatly appreciated.

Start/All Programs/Accessories/Entertainment/Volume Control
Make sure all are up and none are muted.
