Backup problem

Hi,
Can anyone help? in Outlook I used to use the backup utility to backup my
business folders and contacts directly to my zip drive, this happened
automatically everytime I shut Outlook. As a side effect of having a pocket
PC running PPC 2002 I have to completely remove the outlook backup utility
before my PPC will synchronise correctly. How can I backup these crucial
files and folders without using the Outlook backup utility? I have the
windows XP Backup utility installed, can I use this to backup the data to my
Zip drive and if so how!
