Can anyone please tell me how to turn Task Manager
(ctrl/alt/del) back on (re-enable) on Win XP?

Hi Rodney.
Two possibilities:
1) You have the Klez virus which disables Task Manager. If no.2 doesn't
explain it, this is probably the problem and you will need to run a full
system scan with an updated AV program.
2) It was disabled with the Group Policy Editor. Start/run gpedit.msc,
expand User config/admin templates/system/ctrl+alt+delete options to
reenable it.
