Gigabyte GA-7dx+ ABP only running at 1X

Hi

I have a GA-7DX+ M/B and a Raedon 7000E Video Card, XP
only registers the AGP at 1X.

I have set the bios to 4X but it has made no difference.

Can anyone help?
