I have Windows XP and use Office 2000.
Today for some reason when I opened QuickBooks2002 MS installer came up and
tried to install Office 2000. It was asking for Disk #2.
Is this normal or ?
I did not let it finish. I rebooted, opened QuickBooks and started using it.
About five minutes in, bam it did it again.
What should I do?

Scott, put the CD in the machine, do a custom install, and tell it to
run everything from the computer. It will install all programs and
utilities, and you shouldn't see the message again.

QuickBooks 2002 is an Intuit product not a Microsoft Office application.
Disk 2 of Office 2000 contains Publisher, Small Business Tools and shared
clipart.
Just a guess.
QuickBooks may be trying to integrate with your Office 2000 and needs
Microsoft Small Business Tools installed to do so.
Intuit support should be able to provide more specific information.
