Absolutely!!! Unsolicted "Messenger Service" pop ups
stink. Reading details from your post, and wanting no
more pop-ups, I just ran both the services.msc and the
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%
\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
