Norton Personal Firewall alerts me quite often that various
attempts are being made for inbound connections related to
Windows\Prefetch - the latest was for svchost.exe and I've
noticed that before. (I'm running XP Professional.)
What are the Prefetch files? I'm neither a power user, nor
a novice, but like to understand what is being dumped into
my pc from the Internet.
