how can i put AIM contacts into MSN messenger and talk to
my friends using AIM?

Unfortunately you can't, Messenger uses the .NET Messenger network only. If you want to
contact people on AIM, you'll need to use an AIM client (http://www.aim.com), or use another
client that supports AIM (like Trillian -- http://www.trillian.cc).
