all of these errors and the inability of all of us to
sign in to messenger and email on msn seem to have
occurred on or around the 17th or 18th of May. I have
been unable to access either windows or msn messenger on
my home computer since the 18th (also hotmail/msn email
address). However, when i go to the neighbors house i
can login to both passport and email w/no problem. We
are both running windows xp home on Dell computers that
are less than a year old.
also...i can't do any online shopping or anything that
requires any personal information except for accessing my
yahoo! mail account.
does anyone have any answers to this problem? or does
microsoft just let their customers get so nuts they go
somewhere else for their connections?
and by the way...i DID NOT UPGRADE TO WINDOWS MESSENGER
5, i haven't made any changes or taken the free upgrades
at all so....any thoughts? suggestions? uprisings?
boycotts? :) please respond asap...i'm tired of
running to the neighbors to check my email...thanx
