Having PROBLEMS SIGNING IN TO MICROSOFT INSTANT MEETING EXCHANGE

I have been trying to sign into Microsoft Exchange Instant
Meeting for hours. Every time I try to sign in, a dialog
box appears with the following message:

"... this service is temporariky unavailable"

What is wrong?
