To who it may concern,
I have had MSN and net2phone for a long time now, and
just recently I purchase a new computer with windows XP
on it. Well when I down loaded my MSN messanger and
tried to use my net2phone, the words(Make a phone call)
was no where to be found on the messanger board, plus I
got three catagories that I don't know anything about.
When I click on the actions> as sujected by my net2phone
service, I get( start a voice conversation) written
twice, Plus I get,( ask for remote assistance),(start
application assistence), and (start white board ), of
which I don't know anything about. So I contacted my
Net2phone people and they sent me back this message,
which is below. I don't get the words (Make a phone
call) no where on MSN Messanger, and I even deleted it
and reinstalled it twice. I use MSN and Messanger a
lot, plus net2phone service, can you please help me
out??????? RON
