Can I stop all email on windows messenger?

I have yet to receive one email through Windows Messenger that wasn't
spam.

Is there some way to just disable email , so that Messenger will not
accept any email?

Greetings Stan,

Assuming you're using Windows Messenger 4.6 or higher, just disable the MSN Add-In, open the
main Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Add-Ins, and click MSN.

As well, if you don't sign into your Hotmail account for 30 days, it'll simply close itself.
