"All User" items not showing

Hi Frank,

Are you sure that your folder and files for the All User
folder are not hidden?

To see if those files are hidden, juste open your window
explorer (right click on the Start Button and select
Explore on the menu) and see if you can find the "All
user" folder through the list. If not, go to the Tools
Menu option and selects the Folders Option. Then in the
folder option screen, select the View Tab and select the
option : Show hidden files and folders. Click OK and look
if your folder are now there.
