Hi!
I have XP(20 GB HD) with only a CD-ROM drive...what options are open to
me to back-up my data?
Thanks!

Greetings,
Well there are a few options. The first step in any backup (especially with the large HDs we
have today) is to backup only what you need, not the entire drive (a length process indeed,
but usually pays off). After you know what you want, you'll probably need to buy either an
account to an online service to send your backups somewhere, or another hard drive (external
or internal), a CD writer, etc.
Some online services would include @Backup:
http://www.backup.com
or Streamload:
http://www.streamload.com
although getting a CD Writer and using CD-Rs would probably be the most cost effective for
what you want to do.
