I have a LAN with an IBM Netvista, running WinXP(prof),
connected by a Intel wireless adapter and an IBM Aptiva.
running Win98, connected by cable to an Intel wireless
gateway. I have been able to access the Internet from
both simultaneously with no problem, but when I tried to
set up printer and file sharing (printer connected to the
Aptiva),WindowsXP tells me that the Intel wireless
gateway device is NOT connected and I can't get around
it. Does anyone have any ideas on where I may be going
wrong or how to fudge Windows to recognize an obviously
valid connection?
