URL(s) linked to Windows Messenger

Hi,

I'm using a web-filtering software to filter work-
unrelated websites from the users. I want to enable
Windows Instant Messenger but the filtering software
blocks it. What is the URL(s) that links to Windows
Messenger? I need to exempt the URL(s) for the Messenger
to work.

Exempt messenger.hotmail.com, messenger.msn.com, and *.msgr.hotmail.com (where * could be
anything) should allow users to connect.
