scheduled tasks

I am trying to get my PC to wakeup and connect to the
internet every morning so that I can check my banking
account. I have tried to use -Schedule tasks- but have
had no luck with it. My PC is divided up with two
accounts - Mine-administrator and kids. Mine has a
password. I don't know if that might have messed up the
tasks program or not?
If someone could please help me I would deeply appreciate
it!
