Is there anything in your Cd Rom drive? Sometimes Windows
looks there first if it detects something in there. Are
you on a home network? Try disabling virus scan
autoprotect or anything running in the background (check
youyr system tray, get rid of anything unneeded -
basically EVERYTHING)
