Problems with voice conversations and Whiteboard

I'm experiencing the identical problem Have also tried
disabling Zone Alarm and Norton System Work with NO
succes - Still no voice conversation nor Remote
Assistance, yet no problems with text conversations.

Would certainly like to know if anyone has a solution.
