CAN NOT SIGN IN

IN LAST THREE DAYS I WAS NOT ABLE TO SIGN IN IN MSN
MESSENGER .iT SAYS SIGN- IN TEMPOARILY BLOCKED FOR MY
PASSPORT.TRIED EVERYTHING ON MSN SITE REGARDING THIS BUT
NO LUCK.Please, can someone help me soon greatly
appreciated!thanks

Is that the *exact* error? Also, can you sign in to Passport sites (like
http://www.passport.net, click the 'Sign In' at the top). If you can't sign into a Passport
site, you might want to contact Passport services:

I haven't been able to sign-in since i installed
messenger 4.7 no-one can on my computer...
