Video Works in Netmeeting but not in Messenger

I can send video and voice over to the other party but I
can't receive video images from them. The screen will
turn out black. I have tried using Netmeeting and it
works perfectly. I'm using XP pro and the other party is
XP. Both messengers are version 4.7.2009. What can be
wrong ?

Greetings Jason,

You might try asking your contact to go through their Audio (and Video) Tuning Wizard again.
It just might be set on the wrong video source . To do so, they just need to open their main
Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Audio Tuning Wizard and go through the wizard.
