Can't access any Passort sites

Jonathan...thank you for your info. I cannot even open
any passport web pages that you recomended i go to. I
also tried all your other recomendations and still
nothing. Also, it was all working fine after I installed
the newer version of Norton Anti-virus. It all just
crapped out on Friday night.

Greetings Geoff,

You might just try using System Restore to restore your computer back to the way it was on
Thursday. To do so, click Start, then Help & Support, then "Undo changes to my computer
using System Restore" and then restore back to last week.
