cannot remove program

I have tried to remove a program that wont go away...
i've reinstalled and it keeps showing in add/remove..when
i try to uninstall it will start then immediately say
maintenance is done... it is a demo and i cant seem to
get any help from the site i downloaded from...

use regedit and search for the name that's listed in add/remove
