I have downloaded a file that has caused my computer to
lock-up. When I try to open the My Computer Icon and
Restore the computer to its original state prior to this
download, the My Computer program locks up and will not
load. Does anyone know of another way to Restore Windows
without going through the My Computer link.

Thank you for your help.

Chris;
Reboot to Safe Mode and try System Restore from there.
