copy&paste

Im trying to copy & paste a document from Word to an
internet adress but that option isn't hilighted under the
edit bar. How do I do this ?

You can't do it that way! Look for the Attachment button (the little
paper clip) in the toolbar and navigate to where the document is, and
then highlight and click Attach.
