merge to mailing (address) labels

i have some things that i transfered from an old
computer that was in the excell program . i transfered it
onto my new dell computer and it seems to have ended up
in a program called quattro pro 10 . i want to convert or
merge this info to a point that i can print it off on
avery adress/mailing labels 5160 .
can anyone help me out ? i live in seattle , but i am no
expert .
