Outlook Express cannot find pictureviewer exe.

this is my second posting for the same problem. I cannot
access pictureviewer from outlook express to view my
jpegs and such that come in my emails. Keep getting
message saying that windows cannot find pictureviewer
exe. Yet I can access pictureviewer from MY Documents.
Can anyone help me?
