is there any way to completely remove unwated contatcs
from messenger ?

Greetings Kevin,

In the main contact list, just right-click any contact and choose Delete. In the Privacy
tab, Allow/Blocked lists, you can remove a person by right-clicking their name and choosing
the Delete option. If the Delete option is grayed out, then they haven't yet removed you
from their main contact list, and you won't be able to remove them.
