I've seen many cases of this problem, many of which have
trouble shooting and what not for, however, I have yet to
find anyone whos System32.exe was causing 99% CPU
usage... If I can have some help/insight on how to fix
this problem (without total reinstallation) i would be
everso greatful

"System32.exe" is a virus file. You need to perform a virus scan and =
delete
this file.=20

That's because system32.exe is not a normal Windows file. Run a scan with an
updated AVP recently? If not, I strongly suggest you do so.
