I'm not sure if this is the right group to post to but I tried in the
Photoshop group and couldn't get the problem resolved. I'm not even sure if
it is an Internet Explorer problem. I am at a loss.
I am using Windows XP on my laptop and installed Photoshop 6.0. When I go to
"Help" in Photoshop it is supposed open up the help files in Windows
Explorer. This works on my personal computer which is running Windows XP as
well but for some reason will not work on my laptop. The hour glass runs for
a few seconds and then quits.
I reinstalled Photoshop several times plus the update and also updated
Internet Explorer. I checked to make sure the help files installed on my
hard drive, which they did.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
