Hey all, I've just recently upgraded my MSN Messenger to
version 5.0.0544 and I've lost all my integration with
Outlook Express version 6.00.2800.1123

First step was to install MSN Messenger 5.0 straight over
the top of my older 4.something version. This did not
work as starting OE6 would automatically kick off the
MSN4.0 version etc and I could only be signed into one at
once (i.e. either MSN5 OR MSN4)
I removed MSN5.0, and then removed MSN4.0 via the
rundll32 command.
I reinstalled MSN5.0, but I've still lost my OE6
integration.
Anybody with any ideas??
TIA

Since you said "as starting OE6 would automatically kick off the MSN4.0", I
assume you have mistaken Windows Messenger 4.0 for MSN Messenger 4.0 .OE
uses Windows Messenger integration, not MSN Messenger. Reinstall Windows
Messenger if you need OE integration.

Hope this helps,

aye, I figured that out pretty much 5 minutes after I
posted the question...
But thanks for the response anyway.
