Something has changed in my log on in XP Home version. Now I have to log on
as administrator....I am the only person using this machine...HOW did these
settings change, and how do I get rid of the Welcome screen, and log on like
I used to with out having to click on the image that shows I am the
Administrator?
Thanks!

Have you tried going to the Control Panel, User Accounts, & and change the
way users log on?

Doug,
When I used to log on, I just started the PC and XP would boot to the
desktop-I never had to use a password-will I be able to get this back. I
downloaded the >NET frame update on the XP web site, and since then, this
has changed the way I log on. If I do what you suggest, will I have to log
in every time w/a password?
