everything should work fine through our router. there's
just one tiny diference between me, and other people that
have upn enable routers..
they are connected directly on router, i'm connected to
switch, which is then connected on router. could this be
a problem, why i can't get direct voice&video to work?
-thanks,
gregor

Greetings Gregor,
The switch shouldn't be a problem -- but, if you want to try removing the switch, installing
the router directly to a PC and see if that works, that would be a good test. If that still
doesn't work, try removing the router totally, and connecting directly just to make sure that
it does in fact work directly.
