can't receive email from my work address

I can't receive email from my work address, even though it
is on my safe list and I continue to receive other email.
Would hotmail be blocking my work email server?

It's unlikely but possible (although most likely it would just get returned). You might want
to contact the administrator of your work's e-mail server.
