everything is messesd up!!!!!

there is a big problem with my pc..i can't save, open,
print, n neither i can use any program to do any work.
everytime i click on sum program its says "its missing sum
data or path"..don't knwo wat to do..plz asist me..

Do a repair install. Set bios to boot from cd , Insert XP cd and follow
