Application sharing using Messenger

How come with application sharing, you can only share an
application with one other person (computer). Yet with
Netmeeting, which I understand Microsoft doesnt support on
XP, you could share an application with several others?

NetMeeting is fully suported on XP and you have to use it or multi-location
application sharing until Messenger is upgraded with this capability,
Microsoft has not yet given any indication that I am aware of as to when
either Windows or MSN Messenger will have this capability.
