I would like to add new emoticons to Windows Messenger
4.7 and was wondering if that is possible? I have saved
them from a web-site that were directed to the AOL
instant messaging (AIM). Thanks for your assistance!

Unfortunately you can't really add emoticons to Windows Messenger, except by using EmoPump:

(and both sides will need to have it installed).

However, in the next version of MSN Messenger 6 (due to be released soon), you can actually
add your own custom emoticons.
