Messenger 4.7 keeps reappearing!

Have tried to uninstall 4.7 and update to the latest version.. When outlook
express starts up messenger 4.7 suddenly reappears and outlook express uses
it instead of the new version. What is happening?

Greetings Martin,

Outlook Express wasn't designed to use MSN Messenger 5. However, you can stop this from
happening, simply download and run this following .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/stopmessenger_oe.reg
You'll need to restart Outlook Express to see the change.
