can someone help me please with this problem !!!

can not sign into hotmail....or msn messenger.......can
not even get a new passport.....did windows repair will
dell still did not fix.....and help please

this page can not be displayed........i can eventually get
into hotmail by clicking icon on task bar and then
clicking new message i get into compose and then click
inbox and get to my hotmail........but before that i have
to sign into a secue thing for net passport this is a pain

thanks jonathan for you help with msn messenger and
hotmail...finally found the problem......dahhhh..........i
just enabled all on windows start up and......boom it
worked.....then just went through the process of
elimination.......works great now.........
