When I signed up for messenger on my new computer I typed
in my email address wrong. I use outlook express email.
My messenger automatically signs in for me and I get a
box that says please confirm email address. Well I can't
because it is the wrong one. I opened up another
messenger but the wrong one always signs in and I have to
sign off and use the correct sign in info. I just want
to get rid of the wrong one that automatically signs in
and have the correct one do it instead. Can anyone help?

Greetings Francene,

To change your "default" Passport account in Windows XP to the new one, click Start, then
Control Panel, then User Accounts, click the current Windows XP account that you're logged in
under, then click "Change my .NET Passport", choose the "Use a Different Passport" button and
go through the wizard.
