opening attachments

I am unable to read attachments to received e mail. When
I click on the attachment I get a shadowed window instead
of the normal window. Thanks for any help.

Hello,

Open Outlook Express, go to Tools -> Options, under the Security tab,
uncheck the box that says "Do not allow attachments to be saved that could
potentially be a virus". This will allow you to recieve attachments with
Outlook Express
