CD RW not working.Imapi stopped.

Hi, For a long time, my CD burner has not been working. Now I noticed ,
going to System Configuration Utility>services>Imapi CD burning>status is
STOPPED.

I figure this is the reason why my cd burner is not working. How do I
switch it to " working" ??? Thanks

Hi Phil,

Start/run msconfig, go to the services tab. Is the line enabling it =
checked? If not, check it (duh!), if it is, try unchecking it, reboot, =
then recheck it.

Please note that conflicts can arise with third-party burning software =
installed if the imapi burning service is running. If you have another =
program that you use, the native one should remain disabled.
